The Barns Green Youth is back this Thursday. 7-9 pm
At present it is not possible for the club to use the Village Hall, we are not alone this is how it is for many shared community buildings.
Sussex Clubs are offering their service either outdoors or using the Purple Bus.

This is our guidance for our Purple Bus.
The National Youth Agency have advised that youth sector activities are exempt from the Rule of Six. You can review their guidance at www.nya.org.uk
In summary:
° Detached work continues
° Indoors 1-2-1 work or bubble groups of up to 15 + staff
Social distancing rules are 2m or 1m with mitigations which can include any of the following: masks; cleaning; handwash; sitting side-by-side; good ventilation or outdoors; temperature checks.
In the main we have hand sanitiser available, all surfaces that are touchpoints (e.g. chairs ,tables & equipment) will be sanitised after each use, ask anyone with symptoms (dry cough, high temperature or loss of taste/smell) to isolate at home.
We maintain records of all attendees for NHS Test and Trace.
Our purpose is work (for staff) and informal education of young people so we are not socially gathering / mingling.
All of our services are being delivered although issues with buildings where management committees are understandably nervous has meant much of our provision is currently outdoors.
We will have on display all guidelines as listed by the government to run such events during Covid-19.

All of our registration forms will now done online using Upshot by SCYP, we will ask for your email addresses and you will then be sent a link, in order to register your child for the club.
We will send out 1 reminder for this to be completed, if you fail to fill out a registration form then Young Person will be unable to attend until completion.
