SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER EVENTS 2016
Dear Volunteer,
Thank you for volunteering to help out with BGYC. On your volunteer week, please be at the hall at 6.30pm. It takes around 15 mins to get all the equipment out e.g. pool table, table tennis, computers etc. The youth worker briefs all volunteers at 6.45pm, ready for the start at 7pm. The session runs until 9pm.
We are grateful and appreciate your help, without you there is no BGYC.
